Growth and Fixed mindsets influence our ability to learn, grow, and achieve our goals. These mindsets influence our personal growth, while also influencing our beliefs of what our students can learn. This session will explore fixed and growth mindsets while providing the audience with practical ways that they can coach a growth mindset in their classroom and in their personal life. The audience will leave with a basic understanding of where their mindset is and how to move closer to a growth mindset.
