Educators are encouraged to create lessons that incorporate the traditional 4C's (communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking). In this session, I will discuss how incorporating the NEW 4C's (caring, competent, consistent, and candid) along with the traditional 4C's will result in greater student success.
